Who we are

MyBase360 is a workforce management platform operated by Yetiwerks LLC. It is used by commercial cleaning companies to schedule crews, track hours worked, and notify employees about their shifts. Each customer company enrols its own employees.

What we hold

For an employee of a customer company, MyBase360 holds the information that company provides in order to schedule and pay them: name, work contact details including a mobile number where the employee has provided one, assigned sites and shifts, and clock-in and clock-out records. MyBase360 does not sell personal information.

Sharing

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes; opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Employee data is visible to the employing customer company and to Yetiwerks LLC staff who operate the platform. We use service providers to deliver the platform — including message delivery — and they may process this information only to provide that service to us.

Retention and access

Employment records such as schedules and timekeeping are retained for as long as the customer company requires them for payroll and employment purposes. An employee wishing to see, correct or delete their information should contact their employer first, as the employer controls that record; Yetiwerks LLC will assist the employer with any such request.
