Who we are

MyBase360 is a workforce management platform operated by Yetiwerks LLC. It is used by commercial cleaning companies to schedule crews, track hours worked, and notify employees about their shifts. Each customer company enrols its own employees.

What we hold

For an employee of a customer company, MyBase360 holds the information that company provides in order to schedule and pay them: name, work contact details including a mobile number where the employee has provided one, assigned sites and shifts, and clock-in and clock-out records. MyBase360 does not sell personal information.

Location while the app is open

With your permission, precise location is read while the app is open, on the Home screen and when you clock in or out, to show and confirm you are at the job site. Location is never collected in the background and is never sold. Clock-in and clock-out location is stored with your timekeeping records and is visible to your employer.

Photos you attach

If you choose to attach a photo to a problem report, the app opens your camera or photo library, with your permission, for that photo only. The photo is stored with the report and is visible to your employer. If you choose to photograph a building's floor plan, the app opens your camera for that photo only; it is stored with that building's floor plans for your employer and the crews who work there. The app does not otherwise read your photo library.

Device notifications

If you enable device notifications, we store a push notification token linked to your app account and device to deliver work reminders and alerts. You can change notification permission in your device settings. Deleting your app account removes its push tokens and SMS app-notification opt-in.

Sharing

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes; opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Employee data is visible to the employing customer company and to Yetiwerks LLC staff who operate the platform. We use service providers to deliver the platform — including message delivery — and they may process this information only to provide that service to us.

Retention and access

Employment records such as schedules and timekeeping are retained for as long as the customer company requires them for payroll and employment purposes. An employee wishing to see, correct or delete their information should contact their employer first, as the employer controls that record; Yetiwerks LLC will assist the employer with any such request.

Account deletion

In the app, cleaners choose Profile > Account > Delete my account. Supervisors and admins choose More > Profile > Delete my account, then confirm Delete account. You can also request help with deletion by emailing [email protected]. Deletion removes your app sign-in, PIN and phone login, revokes your sessions, removes notification tokens and SMS app-notification opt-in, and signs you out. The deleted app account cannot sign in again; a new employer invitation creates a fresh account.

Your employer keeps your employee record, work hours, punches and pay records because payroll law requires retention. Account-deletion audit records are also retained. Contact your employer about access to or correction of those employment records.

Delete my account removes only the account you are signed in to; accounts with other employers or other offices on the same phone number are deleted separately.
