Program description
MyBase360 (a Yetiwerks LLC product) sends employment-related text notifications (work schedules, shift reminders, timekeeping alerts) to employees of customer companies. Employees opt in during employment onboarding; consent is not a condition of employment. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes; opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
How employees opt in
MyBase360 is a workforce platform used by commercial cleaning companies to run their crews. Each customer company enrols its own employees. An employee provides their mobile number and agrees to receive work-related text notifications during employment onboarding with that company. Consent is not a condition of employment, and an employee may decline text notifications and still be scheduled and paid normally.
What we send
Messages are operational and employment-related only: work schedules, shift reminders and changes, and timekeeping alerts such as a missed clock-out. MyBase360 does not send marketing or promotional text messages.
Stopping messages, and getting help
Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will receive a single confirmation and no further messages. Reply HELP for help, or contact hello@yetiwerks.io. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply.
